What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges may vary from product to product, our garden buildings and accessories are available with FREE UK NATIONWIDE delivery to most areas - You will find the delivery map clearly marked on all products. Products marked with FREE DELIVERY should still be checked with the map for clarification.

How are the buildings delivered?

Currently all of our garden wooden buildings are supplied in panel form or individual pieces and are unloaded on a pallet to kerbside only.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are clearly marked on all of the products, timescales are provided for guide purposes only and may change without notice on product seasonal demand. For more information regarding timescales please call our sales team on 01282 415510.

How will I know when delivery will take place?

A representative from the logistics team will contact you in advance via email regarding the date your product will be delivered. If you are not in at the time of the phone call, we will leave a message or send an email. We will continue to attempt to contact you until we have successfully advised you of the delivery date.

How large is the delivery vehicle?

Your building will be delivered either on a 3.5 tonne flatbed van/truck, or 7.5t, 18t flatbed truck. If you feel this may cause any access problems at the time of delivery it is important that you let us know at the point of order.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can place your order securley right now online. Alternatively you can also place your order by calling our sales team on 01282 415510. Whether you opt to pay online or over the phone we are now able to accept the following major credit/debit cards; Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro (formerly Switch) and Solo.

What exactly happens after ordering?

In addition to the on screen order confirmation, a confirmation email will be sent to you if you have ordered online. If you have ordered over the telephone, a sales team representative will confirm the order has been placed and the payment has been cleared. This representative will also issue you with your own unique order/reference number which you should record and keep safe for your own records and any future correspondence. Your order will be checked and processed on the sameday only if the order is made before 4pm on a weekday, if your order is placed after 4pm, made on a public bank holiday or weekend then this will be processed on the next available working day.
