No Fuss, Free Returns

If you’re not happy with your garden building, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. We’ll collect it free of charge, as long as it stays on the pallet and hasn’t been unpacked.

You can check the quality by viewing the panels while still on the pallet. To arrange a return, simply email us at info@rainbowbuildings.co.uk with your order details and a photo of the goods.

If the garden building has been unpacked or removed from the pallet, you can still return it within 14 days, but you’ll need to cover the return cost. You can either:

• Arrange your own delivery to our unit in Lancashire, or

• Repack and secure the shed onto the pallet and leave it kerbside for us to collect.

Return costs vary by location and item – we’ll pass on courier charges at cost. Delivery surcharges (such as Saturday, timed, or express delivery) are non-refundable.

Once received, we’ll inspect the shed. If it’s complete and resalable, you’ll receive a refund using your original payment method. If not, we may deduct a reasonable amount or return it to you.

Replacement Parts

Although rare, transit damage can happen. If any parts arrive damaged or missing, please:

1. Unpack the pallet/pack and use the checklist to confirm all items.

2. Take photos of any damaged parts.

3. Email details and photos to info@rainbowbuildings.co.uk.

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange replacements:

• Shed parts: dispatched within 1–3 working days.

• Summer House parts: smaller items sent by courier; larger parts may require pallet delivery and take longer.

Please report all damages or missing parts within 30 days of delivery and before installation. Reports outside this period will be reviewed case by case.
