During the order checkout process, you'll have the opportunity to choose your preferred delivery week from an available weeks calendar. You have the flexibility to select dates further into the future if needed. The week you select for delivery is the one Rainbow will strive to deliver in.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

Before your order is ready to be dispatched, we will contact you on the phone number/email you provided and arrange a suitable delivery date with you closer to the time. Rainbow will aim for the week you select as your preferred delivery week.

As your order will arrive on pallets, we are required to use HGV transport. Please advise ASAP if your property is not suitable for delivery by a heavy goods vehicle as we will need to inform the delivery company and make special arrangements for a smaller vehicle.

All deliveries are made to the kerbside only, unless otherwise agreed. In order for the driver to deliver to you, you will need to provide an appropriate area as close as possible to your kerbside.

Generally, the product is delivered packaged, on a standard pallet size of 1.2m x 1.2m. You are responsible for disposing of this pallet at your discretion.

It is not the driver's responsibility to unload the pallet of panels, it is the customer's responsibility to move delivered goods beyond the kerbside.
